JOB DUTIES

Monitoring the web application usage metrics and system performance to ensure the system is operating according to the standards. Investigating the application issues using Salesforce debug logs and Google chrome debugger to find the root cause and resolve the problems. Developing and modifying application web pages using Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web components (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) to accommodate new requirements and functionalities. Developing Batch Apex classes that involves large sets of data processing and implement triggers using Apex code to automate the business process. Modifying the software to fix errors, improve performance, update interfaces, and adapt to new hardware by analyzing the codebase. Implementing, integrating, and maintaining managed packages or applications such as Milestone PM+ from Salesforce App Exchange. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION  

Bachelor’s  degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field.

EXPERIENCE                    

Experience of Twelve (12) months of working with Salesforce is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
